Erdevik Grand Trianon Deux Mers red wine, blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz varieties. The wine is aged for one year in the Adriatic Sea at a depth of 30m.Notes of tobacco, cassis and red cherry, the palate is spicy and subtly fruity with ripe tannins and hints of currant on the delicately tannic, slightly rustic finish. Pairs with Wagyu Beef, of course.
